To ensure that the products reach the optimal state, AirGreat formulates operational standards and quality management documents to monitor the process of debugging technology and all other information so that each link is in strict accordance with the drawings and process requirements.

 

The main projects are showed as follows

1.User is responsible for organizing necessary requirement of water, electricity, engineering facilities and installation location needed by gas generator. Our engineers inspect the scene to see whether it is accordance with installation requirements, especially air compressor and dry -freezing machine to well-ventilated locations;

2.Engineers check with users the integrated content of equipment and the possible damage caused by loading and unloading in the transportation;

3.Check the installation quality of the gas generator, including the electrical control systems, air pretreatment system, air separation systems, alarm systems and the details;

4.Test the gas pressure, flow, purity and other performance indicators;

5.Test the adaptive capacity of equipment for variable conditions or other adverse external conditions to ensure that the whole unit could operate normally;

6.Satisfy user's requirements, adjust the equipment in the state of low-power operation and the load as low as possible;

7.Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment and a on-site maintenance.

8.Comparison with contract, engineers and users check the contents of products and functions of equipment, and signed acceptance certificate, as a device acceptance certificate.
