Attentions to the Routine Use

1. The normal switch and the stable supply for power, water, gas and temperature, especially the stability of power, if necessary, the voltage regulator could be installed to reduce the damage to the controller and the electromagnetic valve caused by power trouble;

2. Always pay attention to air flow, temperature and pressure of the import of freezing dryer. The evaporation pressure of freezing dryer should be maintained between 0.4 to 0.5 MPa without exceeding the rating;

3. Check daily automatic valve of sewage filter and the automatic drainage of freezing dryer to avoid loss role of drainage and sewerage for plugging;

4. Check weekly whether heat sink of freezing dryer is clean to avoid adverse affection caused by bad cooling system;

5. Conduct routine operation and maintenance in strict accordance with the requirements of equipment operator regulations, unscheduled check the sensitivity of solenoid valve and pneumatic valve, pressure range of pressure regulating valve, the accuracy of gas analyzer, the pressing situation of adsorption tower, exhaust muffler situation, the cleanliness of flowmeters, and so on;

6. Check the heating components of purification equipment, electrical control system, the amount of hydrogenation, the gas flow of drying tower, the temperature and time of regeneration.
